Before You Dig Australia (BYDA) has made its services more accessible to members and commercial users, by introducing Premium Features, available via the BYDA Referral Service dashboard. The Premium Features include Purchase Transactions, Large Area Enquiry and Member Lookup.
BYDA has made these services easier and more efficient to access. What was previously a manual process is now streamlined and automated, giving customers faster access and greater control. The new process makes it easier to incorporate these features into your existing workflows, helping you manage enquiries more efficiently.
The Purchase Transactions feature helps to choose transaction bundles for API transactions and Web Flow Transactions.
The Large Area Enquiry feature makes it easier to lodge multiple enquiries using a single geospatial data file. Upload the work areas, configure the enquiry and lodge multiple enquiries through one streamlined workflow.
The Member Lookup feature allows asset owning members to help identify utility asset owners with infrastructure in a project area larger than 20km2. Asset owners can use this list to directly contact and coordinate with members impacted by the works.
Accessing the Premium Features:
The process to access these services is similar to lodging a new enquiry. Once users submit an enquiry, the system displays the results immediately and sends them an email notification for record-keeping and enquiry tracking.
