This month we have released three important updates to the BYDA referral service to make it easier to access, view, and manage your enquiry responses. This also includes an improved user experience when using a mobile device.
1. Add a LUAL Map to Your Downloads
When downloading your enquiry responses as a PDF or ZIP file, you now have the option to include a Look Up and Live (LUAL) map as part of the response pack. This new feature generates a single-page map of a job site, providing you with a clear, visual reference alongside utility plans.
2. Improved Mobile Experience
We’ve refreshed the design of the response viewer for smaller screens. When using your mobile device to view responses, we have enabled a cleaner layout and smoother navigation. This makes it easier to access the information you need, wherever you are.
3. More Control Over Downloads
This feature enhancement allows users to choose exactly what to include in the response downloads.
- ZIP downloads: Select which responses you want included and even pick specific files from individual responses.
- PDF downloads: When downloading as a PDF, you can choose which pages to include. Simply click on the page thumbnails to customise what’s in your final file.
